March Monthly Update
And just like that, the first quarter of 2022 has just ended. We at Redeeming Zoe are so grateful for this month.
OUR MONTHLY WINS:
Training over 100 women from all walks of life at the Bible Baptist Church Women’s monthly gathering. There were mothers, sisters, grandmothers, teachers, church workers, and even a doctor who joined our training. Everyone was so engaged and are now advocates ready to speak up for those who cannot.
RZ staff training with brain-based learning expert and training coach Sherry Yellin. What an absolute privilege to be trained by her and to know more about the skills and steps we could do to make our training here in the Philippines more effective.
Food pack assistance continues, and we even prayed for a couple of wives whom both have their husbands suffering from a medical condition. It is worth celebrating that this month we have seen our families open up to their needs and struggles and have allowed us to minister to them through prayer and sharing of God’s word. We hope for this to continue because we believe that a healthy and safe family is a healthy and safe child.
NEXT MONTH:
Reconnecting families through organizing and sponsoring a visit to two of our children away from their family. We will be bringing the family to them and one will be celebrating her birthday soon so she is super excited.
We will continue to lead awareness trainings for the book, "My Body Belongs to Me."
We strongly hope to reopen Club Kinabuhi for children’s monthly gatherings sometime soon.
PRAYER REQUESTS:
Please pray that our Club Kinabuhi children’s gathering will happen soon, and please pray we find a dedicated venue for this near the area where they live.
Pray for teacher's and children's safety as the schools slowly reopen.
Pray for the upcoming training events that God will guide and continue to use the team to advocate for child safety.
Pray for provision for our co-founders return to the Philippines.
Pray our budget increases to add more families to join our Club Kinabuhi family.
