February Monthly Update

February is known as the love month, and this month we showed our love to the community through giving. Giving them food packs, giving them life lessons, and giving them hope in Jesus' name.

  • Our monthly house visits have become intentional and one family opened their home for a bible study. We hope for it to become a regular thing and they will find hope and salvation

  • Over a hundred children were fed a nutritious meal and taught the child safety booklet “My body belongs to me”

  • 107 families received food packs and the word of God as encouragement from all the things they have gone through recently

  • RZ Staff were trained in psychosocial support and psychological first aid for children who had a traumatic experience

Next Month

  • Human Trafficking Awareness campaign to a women’s group at a local church in Cebu City More communities to reach for children advocacy activities

  • We are working to train other organizations to distribute and teach the book, "My Body Belongs to Me"

  • RZ Staff training with Sherry Yellin, a training coach to equip our staff with more training skills

Prayer Requests

  • Please pray for guidance and wisdom for our upcoming trainings

  • Pray for potential local partnerships

  • Continue to pray that we could find a strategic venue to gather the mothers and start Club Kinabuhi again in Cordova

  • Pray for school reopening

  • Pray that the CK family bible study group will not just become a one-time thing but will continue regularly

  • Please pray that God will open more islands for us to minister to this year
