We finally came to the end of 2023 and God has been nothing short of faithful. We thank you for being the channel of his blessings. Whether it was through your financial contributions, in-kind donations, or your valuable time and expertise, your dedication has made a significant difference in the lives of those we serve. Throughout the year your support has enabled us to reach 1,600 individuals through training and awareness. For the month of December, help us celebrate these wins:

DECEMBER MONTHLY WINS:

  • At a small barangay community, 20 parents were taught about child protective behaviors and practices. We are so glad that the community embraced the things we taught about child safety and they made a commitment to be protective of their young children.

  • In December we finished our eighth barangay outreach where over 40 children completed our lesson booklet “I can be strong, smart and safe” in partnership with a local church. We had a wonderful culmination activity where children were treated to a sumptuous meal, and they received awards and recognition for their participation in the 10-week program. We are so grateful children are empowered and educated to speak up against unsafe and abusive behavior.

  • December in the Philippines is when families gather together around the table and have dinner together on Christmas Eve, and because of your continued support, no family from Club Kinabuhi will have an empty table. Everyone received food packs that they would prepare for their Christmas dinner celebration. The children also received gift boxes from a local church partner. The families are so happy and grateful. We also did the annual family photo update so they can hang those photos in their homes.
