The Greatest Gift

Happy New Year everyone. Before we dive right into 2023, please allow us to show you how the year 2022 ended for Redeeming Zoe Cebu. All victories we accomplished this month and throughout the year, are all made possible because of your endless prayer and support, and for that we thank you.

DECEMBER MONTHLY WINS:

  • Club Kinabuhi Christmas Celebration is one of our highlights. We had a wonderful time with the CK families. Family members joined the celebration together with their children. Our administrator shared why Christmas is a season of gift giving and she talked about the most important gift humanity has ever received, the gift of salvation. Food and fun games are always a good idea too, just all smiles and laughter all over the place. Toward the end, we gave out Christmas bundles. Our favorite part is the family portrait photo taken for each family. We will have them printed and framed for them to keep.

  • The second Christmas celebration we did was for the new barangay outreach we did this year. Fifty children came and joined the celebration. Our program coordinator shared with the kids the birth of Jesus - the real reason for this season. Everyone received gifts, food, and prizes for the fun games they played. What a joy to see innocent children celebrated for whom they are and protected from exploitation and abuse.

  • The last celebration we did was for our team! We gathered together for lunch to celebrate all the things we have accomplished and learned as a team this year. God has been so good and faithful to our organization and we are so grateful for making us all a part of this ministry. We are so excited for what’s to come.

WHAT’S TO COME:

  • Anti-human trafficking month for January
