June Monthly Impact

June is over and we are officially half way through 2022. Can you believe it? It has been an amazing month full of God’s blessing and provision for us here at Redeeming Zoe and we thank you for being a part of it. June is a win because of our continuous effort to protect the next generation and here’s some of our highlights:

  • Training about Trauma Informed Care for Pasuk Foundation, a non-profit organization that works with helping vulnerable children growing up in extreme poverty. A total of 14 staff and volunteers participated in the training as we talked about the guiding principles of having a trauma informed environment, self care in their organization, and how the can apply it to the 70 children under their care.

  • Training on child protection with an organization who works to empower survivors of trafficking. Both the staff and clients joined the training. Our team taught safety measures for both parents and children with the goal to end the cycle of abuse.

  • Club Kinabuhi - our very own beneficiaries continue to receive their monthly food pack and they also receive God’s word and encouragement. This month we talked about God’s love and how He sent his son not to judge but to rescue us from all our iniquities. One mother testified about God’s transformation in her life and how she always look forward to our gathering.

WHAT’S TO COME:

  • “My Body Belongs to Me” booklet training to the children in the community

  • Visit a remote island partnership who received the MBBTM booklet last year

  • Gathering our Club Kinabuhi students for our beneficiaries to recognize graduates

  • Survivor clients mentoring

PRAYER REQUESTS:

  • Please pray that we get the additional staff for RZ Philippines soon and will the new staff will make a wonderful addition to team Zoe.

  • Pray for provision for Hillary and Becca’s visit to PH.

  • Pray that God will open doors for more partnerships with local government and like minded organizations here in PH.

  • Pray for protection and good weather condition as we gear towards visiting the remote Islands.
